Rental Terms — Summary

Agreement & billing

• Month-to-month or 6-month agreements. The one-time deployment & setup fee ($299–$699 by unit) is waived with a 6-month agreement.
• Monthly rates as published on the pricing page; applicable taxes may apply. Final configuration is subject to compatibility, service area and availability.

The Deployment Promise

If we cannot successfully power, connect and verify the agreed camera coverage at deployment, the deployment fee is waived. “Agreed coverage” is what we scope together at the site survey — reasonable limitations (obstructed sight lines, shading, denied placement locations, lack of site access) are documented there.

What we need from you

• Reasonable site access for delivery, placement, service and retrieval.
• A placement location with usable sight lines and sun exposure, agreed at the survey.
• Prompt notice if the unit is damaged, moved, or the site conditions change materially.

Coverage limitations — stated honestly

• Security systems reduce risk; no system makes theft impossible, and the service is not a guarantee against loss.
• Cellular and satellite connectivity depend on network conditions; local recording continues during connectivity interruptions.
• Detection quality depends on configured zones, placement and environmental conditions.
• Monitoring add-ons follow the contracted escalation plan; response capabilities are those stated in your plan, nothing more.

Equipment

• Units remain SiteFortress360 property. Customer is responsible for loss or damage beyond normal wear per the agreement.
• Units are GPS-tracked and tamper-monitored. Relocation is performed by us — ask and we’ll schedule it.
• We maintain the equipment, monitor its health remotely, and service it during the rental.

Footage

• Event footage and live view are provided to the authorized customer during the rental.
• Retention windows and export procedures are defined in the agreement.
