When you contact SiteFortress360 through this website or by phone, we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, email, company, site address and details about your security needs. Website calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality and lead-management purposes; where call recording applies, applicable notice/consent practices are followed. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate site usage (pages viewed, buttons clicked); we do not sell personal information.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, prepare recommendations and quotes, schedule deployments, provide and support the service, and improve our website and offerings. Marketing communications are sent only as permitted by law and can be opted out of at any time (reply STOP to texts, or use the unsubscribe link in emails).

Camera and system data

Deployed security systems record video and event data for the customer contracting the service. Footage is stored locally on the unit and made available to the authorized customer. System telemetry (battery, connectivity, camera health, GPS) is processed to operate and maintain the equipment. Video and event data are retained per the rental agreement and applicable law, and shared only with the customer, at the customer’s direction, or as legally required.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us operate (hosting, telephony, messaging, analytics) under appropriate protections, and as required by law. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
