How it works

Three steps from “we keep getting hit” to a site that watches itself.

  1. 1

    Tell Us About Your Site

A 5-minute conversation: what you’re protecting, entrances, power, timeline. Phone or the form — your call.

  2. 2

    We Recommend the Right Unit

Mini, 360 or PTZ Pro, plus any add-ons that actually earn their keep on your site. Transparent pricing before you commit.

  3. 3

We Deliver, Configure & Activate It

Placement, mast-up, camera aiming, AI zones, connectivity, onboarding, verified coverage — done for you.

DFW rapid deployment subject to inventory and scheduling.

On the ground, step by step

Site survey & qualification

We confirm coverage goals, unit placement, sight lines and cellular conditions at your address before anything ships.

Deployment

We deliver and position the unit. No trenching, no wiring, no permits for permanent infrastructure — the unit is the infrastructure.

AI-zone configuration

Detection zones are drawn around what matters: gates, laydown areas, fuel, equipment rows, fence lines. AI watches zones, not the whole world — fewer false alerts.

Arming schedules

Detection arms after hours, on weekends, or 24/7 — your schedule. Change it any time.

Real-time alerts

Person and vehicle events push to your phone with snapshots and clips. Optional 24/7 monitoring adds human verification and escalation.

Live view & event review

Open the live view any time, scrub the event timeline, pull clips for incident reports or claims.

The stack behind every alert

Detection happens on the unit — not in a distant cloud. That means sub-second analysis, local evidence that survives connectivity drops, and no per-camera cloud fees.

A system that monitors itself

Camera health, network health, connectivity, battery, solar, storage, temperature where available, GPS and a device heartbeat stream from every unit. If a camera or network component stops responding, the system can attempt remote or automated recovery. Self-healing keeps downtime rare — though like any connected system, we don’t promise 100% uptime.

Deployment questions

How quickly can a mobile surveillance trailer be deployed in DFW?

We schedule rapid deployments across a 50-mile radius of the DFW/Arlington hub, subject to inventory and scheduling. A typical deployment is a single visit: delivery, placement, configuration, and verified coverage the same day the unit arrives.

What do I need to provide at my site?

Reasonable access for delivery and placement, and a spot with usable sight lines and sun exposure — that’s it. No power, no internet, no ladder crew. We handle positioning, configuration and onboarding.

Can the system be moved as my project progresses?

Yes. Units are designed to relocate — the Mini moves by forklift (pallet jack where practical), the trailers tow. Repositioning within your site or moving to your next project is part of the service; we reconfigure zones after any move.

What happens when the AI detects someone?

The event is recorded locally with snapshots and clips, an alert leaves the site over LTE (or Starlink), and — per your configuration — the unit can fire its siren and strobe or play talk-down audio. With live monitoring, a verification workflow checks the event and runs your escalation plan.
