Pricing questions
Is the setup fee really waived?
Yes — sign a 6-month agreement and the one-time DFW deployment & setup fee ($299 Mini, $499 360, $699 PTZ Pro) is waived entirely. Setup includes delivery, placement, hardware setup, camera positioning, AI-zone configuration, connectivity configuration, onboarding and system verification within our normal 50-mile DFW service radius.
Are there hidden fees or per-camera cloud charges?
No. The monthly price covers the unit, its cameras, edge AI, local recording, LTE connectivity, health monitoring and support. Add-ons are listed transparently: monitoring from +$499/mo, LPR +$199/mo, Starlink +$100/mo, gate control +$99/mo, drone awareness +$99/mo. Applicable taxes may apply.
Do I pay online?
Not at this stage — the first step is a quick site qualification so we recommend the right unit and confirm coverage. Invoicing is set up when your deployment is scheduled.
What does a security guard cost by comparison?
A single guard on nights typically runs well over $6,000/month at prevailing DFW rates for one post — and a guard can only be in one place at a time.
